We experience the relationship between the boy Philippe and his remarkable Aunt. She is admittedly not very educational. In return she is infectiously adventurous - and she has an air balloon!
“The Balloon Journey” is yet another poetical, sensuous and music carried performance from Faster Cool (Auntie Cool) animated with puppets and played by two actors. The performance also leaves an open view into the machinery of the theatre in shape of a fully visible technician who leads the lamps, makes smoke, noise and a good deal of headwind.
